A sweet slice of Bali...

It’s been a long time since I wrote about my dreams. To be honest I haven’t really had any significant dreams…until last night...

Last night I dreamt that I was walking down a beautiful lush pathway in a sweet slice of Bali paradise. I came to a beautiful Teak wood Bali Javanese joglo style home. Joglo is a type of traditional house of the Javanese people. The word joglo refers to the shape of the roof. It had the tallest doorway I have ever seen. It was two stories high and made of Javanese Teak. As I walked thru the doorway the home opened up to a grand communal living area with a gigantic stone fire place in the center. I could smell a subtle presence of Sandalwood and Patchouli incense. To the left there was a long hallway to many bedrooms and to the right was the dining area and kitchen. What caught my eye was what lied straight ahead beyond the center. A Nano wall that was wide open leading out onto a gorgeous full deck and at arm’s length was a waterfall. I walked slowly to the edge of the deck and I could feel the mist quenching the air. I reached my hand out and felt the water as it cascaded down from the hillside. There was a natural swimming pool at the bottom filled with crystals that glistened from the sunlight through the tall lush tropical foliage. It was pure serenity…

Photo does the dream no justice. Still, a beautiful home.
